Saucony Mens Switchback ISO
For the Switchback ISO, we partnered with BOA Technology®, creators of The BOA System, to take their dial lacing system and combine it with our ISOFIT construction, creating a game-changing fit experience that quickly and easily hugs your foot. The low profile, full-length EVERUN contoured midsole of this trail running shoe gives amazing flexibility and energy return while cradling and protecting your foot. The dual-density PWRTRAC outsole combines a firmer center footprint with a softer, tackier perimeter for traction, allowing you to conquer all obstacles in your path.

About Neutral Shoes
It’s very easy for you to get an idea of what shoe type would suit your foot shape by doing the wet foot print test. You will need a bowl of water, a darkish piece of paper (I find a large brown envelope works well) and you. Place one foot in to the bowl, shaking off any excess water as you lift it out. Press your foot onto the paper (try doing this as if you were walking on to it).
Your foot will leave a print which you can then match to our guide below.
If your foot shape matches the print below it would suggest you are a neutral (sometimes refereed to as supination) runner, with an efficient running gait and you're likely to have a normal/high arch.
Neutral (Underpronator) means your foot doesn't pronate (roll inwards) enough during the gait cycle. You would be best suited to a ‘Neutral Runner’ shoe which doesn’t hinder the natural pronation of the foot.
In 1898, four young businessmen opened the Saucony Shoe Manufacturing Company in Kutztown, Pennsylvania.
By 1910, they were turning out 800 pairs of shoes a day from their two-story brick factory on the Saucony Creek.
Throughout the early and mid-1900's, running became the focus of serious athletes and at that time, there weren't any high-performance running shoes.
Saucony were determined to make a shoe that could change the way people run. In 1969, Saucony found a new home in Cambridge, Mass and have been loyal Bostonians ever since.
Saucony quickly went from the serious runner's best kept secret to the most sought-after runing shoe of the time.
Saucony exists for runners as runners inspire them and bring them new ideas. They drive the design and engineering while keeping them competitive. This focus and passion fuels Saucony as they strive to create the best running shoes and apparel on the planet.
At Saucony and Green Kiwi , a good day is when we get to run. A great day is when we inspire someone else to run!
